About

Our Story

Founded in 2010, seishinzen began as a small community studio with a vision to create a space where people could reconnect with themselves through the ancient practice of yoga. What started as a single studio has now grown into a sanctuary for hundreds of practitioners in the heart of Tokyo.

Our founder, Akari Yamamoto, envisioned a place where modern city dwellers could find balance amidst the hustle of urban life. Today, we continue her vision by offering authentic yoga practices adapted for contemporary lifestyles.
